Vandestreek Brewery approached me to design the label for their “Barrel Me Alive”, a bold barrel-aged Imperial Stout with a powerful 10.8% alcohol content. The goal was to translate the beer’s depth and complexity into a visual story.
I chose to craft an isometric, hand-drawn illustration, emphasizing texture and imperfection to reflect the aging process and the artisanal quality of the brew. The earthy browns and dark hues were carefully selected to echo the roasted malts and oaky tones that define the stout, giving the label a timeless, aged aesthetic that feels both rustic and refined.
